What is autism?
Autism is a very
complex development disorder that usually shows up in
children in their first 3 years of life. It is a
neurological disorder that effects the child's communication
and social skills. In most autistic children it effects
their way of using verbal communication, and their social
interaction. Autism is a spectrum disorder and there are
many degrees and it effects each child differently. This is
why early diagnoses and early intervention is key for
treating a child with autism. |
