We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS at our discretion. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation for our records.  Normal shipping time can vary between 4-10 days, Parcel Post may take longer.  If you have a question on your packages shipment, contact us at julie@personalclient.net

Payments

JK Designs accepts payments by PayPal or credit card.  All payments are made through our secure server.  Credit card payments are processed through our secure server or via paypal.com.   JK Designs accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA.  If you prefer, credit card information can be faxed to:  (888) 869-9228, or you may call with your order Toll Free 888-292-4401  Monday - Friday 10 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time.  Please note that your credit card will read the charge as Personal Baby by JK Designs.

Credit Card Security

At JK Designs, your payment information is encrypted and then saved to our 100% secure database.  No credit card or personal information is ever sent via email or other non-secure means.  Your information is kept private.  We do not share your private information with anyone.

Refunds

Because of the personalized nature of our items we do not accept returns.  However, if an error has been made on our part, items may be returned, as long as they are received back in unworn condition within 10 days of the shipment delivery date.  ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after ten days of delivery confirmation date.  If you have questions on returns, please contact our customer service department at julie@personalclient.net
